Summer favorites. Cannellini beans, charred tomato, and olives with penne. Eggplant...how can I describe this? The skin is crispy and salty like a potato chip, and the center is buttery like baba ganoush...These could definitely win over some who don't normally care for eggplant. Simple herb-brined and roasted chicken. Short rib with potatoes, onions. Gluten free cornbread succotash with heirloom shelling beans and charred tomatoes. As always, lots of bright, crisp vegetables.
