Soooo, on these little plates may be some of my favorite things to eat. Simple and good (and years of making the same dish over and over). My comfort food.

Chicken thighs braised with garlic and herbs, with Italian sausage, polenta, and the braising juices (and of course, veggies on the side! All HKC orders get a big helping of perfect, very simple vegetables). Ribeye roast with fresh herb dressing, onions, cornbread, lots of red cabbage, and vegetables. Black lentils with salt pork, sour cherries, and fried garlic. I also made this dish vegan without the salt pork. Except for that sweet cake, everything here is gluten and dairy free.
