Tomatoes, peppers, tomatoes! Thanks Suzie's Farm for the gorgeous tomatoes and peppers this week. I went nuts! Inspired, here's what happened this week: Chicken braised in achiote & citrus. Ribeye roast with fresh herb dressing. White beans and sweet potato with mole. Charred onions. Padron, pasilla, and red bell peppers. Brown rice. Cornbread. A ton of vegetables.
